VMWare Server 1.0 RC1 and autostart of VM machines
After upgrading to RC1 of VMWare Server, I noticed the virtual machines will not start. Well, it turns out there is a registry entry missing.
Simply go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\vmserverdWin32
Find: DependOnService
Double click on it, and paste the following into the appearing dialog (overwite whatever is already there):
RPCSS
VMAuthdService
Reboot. This should take care of it
