Hi,
Would you give me some informations about the transfer my GPS Tom Tom of my Palm Z72 to my new Smartphone (UTstarcom 6700)? Do you Know if there is a software or any things else for that?

You cannot "transfer" your GPS software. You'll simply need to purchase a copy of TomTom designed Windows Mobile and install it on your 6700. You can contact TomTom support to see if you can simply transfer your license without purchasing a new license.
