Microsoft Live Mesh and Vista SP1 Install Errors
I thought I’d try the Microsoft Live Mesh again. I haven’t used it since its Technical Preview.
The beta install starts, then it uninstalls itself on my Vista SP1 box. The first error was a "Class not registered" 80040154 error. Interestingly, it turned out it be related to Windows Firewall. I had it turned off and stopped its service.
Once I started the installation, install gave another error, this time an "8007007e The specified module could not be found." error.
